Job Overview

Fabcom Structural is hiring a sales professional to grow our solar division. You will sell solar roofing and energy systems. You will find customers, present product options, and close deals. This role suits someone with at least one year of field sales experience and solid knowledge of solar products.

Our solar product line includes:

1. Solar Roofing Sheets: Durable roofing with options for solar integration.
2. Solar Panels: Photovoltaic panels for homes, businesses, and institutions.
3. Inverters: Units that convert solar DC to usable AC power.
4. Solar Batteries: Storage systems for uninterrupted power.
5. Solar Generators: Portable and backup power systems that combine inverter and battery technology and can be charged by panels or mains.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell Fabcom Structural solar roofing sheets, solar panels, inverters, and batteries to residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers with product knowledge, live demonstrations, and clear after-sales support.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
• Keep up to date with solar industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year proven field sales experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Must currently reside in Kuje, Abuja, or nearby areas.
• In-depth knowledge of solar products and renewable energy solutions is required.
• Goal-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
