Fabcom Structural Ltd., a leading roofing manufacturer under the CNBM Group, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our factory-wide quality assurance systems. This role is essential to maintaining Fabcom Structural commitment to high-quality roofing materials and world-class production standards.

About the Role

The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of production quality, from raw materials to finished products ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. You will manage the entire Quality Control (QC) team, coordinate testing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the factory quality system, ensuring all processes meet company and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate production quality, raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Conduct inspections, laboratory testing, process audits, and quality review meetings.
• Drive continuous quality improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints and implement effective preventive solutions.
• Develop, update, and enforce quality standards, SOPs, QC procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Train and supervise the QC team to ensure strong quality discipline and process consistency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• College degree or higher in Quality Management, Chemistry, Material Science, Production, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of factory quality management experience (building materials industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ISO systems and QC tools such as 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, Control Charts, etc.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven team leadership and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
