Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our maintenance team at Fabcom Structural Kuje Factory. This role is crucial to keeping our production equipment in top working condition through scheduled maintenance, prompt repairs, and technical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair factory machinery and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid production delays.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical faults.
• Work closely with engineers and production staff to ensure equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining industrial machinery.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical certification or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
