Job Overview

Fabcom Structural is hiring Sales Representative to grow our Zinc, Ghana zinc, zinc stone coated and light steel keel division in Lagos and Ogun. You will sell zinc, Ghana Zinc, zinc stone coated sheets, and light steel keel profiles.

This role suits someone with 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of roofing or building materials. You will find customers, explain product options, close deals, and build long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, and homeowners.

Our Product Lines Include:

• Zinc Roofing Sheets: Affordable and durable roofing options for homes and small projects.
• Ghana Zinc Sheets: Premium-grade zinc roofing for improved resistance and lifespan.
• Zinc Stone Coated Roofing Sheets: Combines beauty, strength, and long-lasting performance.
• Light Steel Keel Profiles: Strong and lightweight framing solutions for ceilings and walls.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through market visits, cold calls, referrals, and dealer networks.
• Promote and sell Fabcom Structural roofing products to homeowners, contractors, distributors, and project developers.
• Educate customers about product types, benefits, durability, and proper installation.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with clients to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat sales.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing changes.
• Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager, including pipeline updates and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year proven field sales experience in building materials, roofing, or construction-related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and confident in achieving sales targets.
• Must currently reside in Lagos or Ogun with good knowledge of local markets.
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about zinc, zinc stone-coated sheets, and light steel keel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
